Ingredients
- 2 cups Almond Flour
- 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
- 2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
Instructions
Combine all ingredients into a medium size mixing bowl and stir until combined. Serve immediately! Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Can last up to 6 months in refrigerator and up to a year in a the freezer.
Notes
For a nut free version the best alternative I've found is Hemp seed, also called Hemp hearts. They are small and light and have a very mild nutty flavor that goes well with the other ingredients.
If you are in a pinch and find you are out of Italian Seasoning you can use other herbs without sacrificing flavor. Try 1 teaspoon each of any two of the following dried herbs: Oregano, Thyme, Basil, Marjoram, or Parsley. For example, 1 teaspoon Oregano and 1 teaspoon Thyme to replace the 2 teaspoons of Italian Seasoning.
